We provide on-site, carry-in, and remote support for businesses, professionals, and home users. Since 1984, BCR has been helping businesses and professionals solve their computer problems. We have clients throughout the Tampa Bay Area. Using the Internet, we are able to service many of our clients immediately without having to wait until a technician can arrive.
Our office is open Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Equipment can be dropped off or picked up anytime during business hours. Network and server work can be handled outside normal business hours if scheduled in advance.

We know it is not always possible to bring your equipment to us. This is especially true with servers, networks, and large printers. Therefore, we provide on-site service to our clients in the Tampa Bay Area. As partners with Microsoft, we also support Microsoft server software including Standard and Enterprise Server, Exchange Server, SharePoint, SQL Server, etc.

Once your needs are identified, we can supply, install, and maintain one computer or a complete network system. Even if you purchased your equipment elsewhere, our service department can help. We can dispatch a technician to your site, or you can bring the machine to our repair facility.
